Since it's our FIRST year to have this gathering, we, the admins, would like to apologize in advance if the meet up is not up to your expectations. This is our first gathering and the main focus of this gathering is for HetaFans to gather around and have fun! But we will try our best to make it as enjoyable and memorable as we can!

- Military/default/Uniform
- Gakuen/Highschool
- Casual (Note; Casual here means that you can wear anything what you want as long as it has something to do with your character e.g: A union jack shirt, an Italia jersey or even a cowboy hat (America). It can be also be based on what your character wear casually in the Anime or the Manga or the Webcomic. But even if France is infamous for walking around with nothing but a rose on his crotch , doesn't mean that you can do the same- Be appropriate please! ^^ P/S TO THOSE WHO DOES NOT COSPLAY SHOULD ALSO WEAR OR HOLD SOMETHING THAT INDICATES THEIR FAVOURITE CHARACTER, so we can tell)
RULES
- Props should be not be left laying around during the meet up. Please take care of your stuffs to avoid it from being missing and to avoid complaints from thepublic.
- Please do not bring any fake weapons/ weapon-props, even if it is for cosplay.
- Remember that we are meeting at a public place, so please mind your manner and not do anything that would disturb the public. Last thing we need is for them to call the police on us. We are already wearing uniforms/clothes that would be suspicious to them, to show a bad image is, well, bad.
- Please ask the cosplayers if you want to take pictures. Don't hesitate! It's better to ask so they can pose for you than you take a motion blur of them. Remember, ask first!
- FLAGS SHOULD NOT BE ON THE GROUND, SHOULD NOT BE SAT ON, SHOULD NOT BE USED AS A NAPKINS, TOWELS- Please respect and follow the etiquette for handling flags, especially flags of countries.
- Do consider the weather, place and your comfort. Do not dress too little for a windy/cold weather and vice versa during hot weather.
- Well, the most important rule of all: HAVE FUN AND ENJOY THE EVENT!
